Mass Rally In Hodeidah Under The Slogan ” Al Honod Market Crime Exposes The Real Face Of Saudi Coalition”

The Yemeni province of Hodeidah witnessed, today Tuesday, a mass rally under the slogan ” Al Honod market crime exposes the real face of Saudi coalition.”

Participants at the rally condemned the crime committed by the US-backed Saudi coalition last Wednesday against Yemeni civilians in Al Honod market region. As a result of the crime, more than 150 have been killed or injured.

Moreover, protesters raised pictures displaying the victims of the crime as well as banners demanding that the perpetrators rapidly undergo international trial for committing a massacre against Yemeni civilians.

The statement issued by the crowds condemned the massacre committed on people of Al Sadiqiah neighborhood and Al Honod market, leading to the death of 27 and more than 130 wounded, most of them children and women. In addition, dozens of houses have been destroyed.

The statement also denounced the silence of the International Community, United Nations, Security Council and humanitarian organizations towards the crime committed by Saudi jets.

This new massacre joins the series of crimes committed by the US-backed Saudi coalition against Yemeni people, besides the blockade imposed on 25 million Yemenis for a year and eight months.
