The Foreign Ministry affirms Yemen’s right to respond to the Us-Saudi Aggression by all available means

Yemeni Foreign Ministry affirmed it will defend the country and it has all the rights to do so, and by all means available, as a natural right guaranteed by the divine laws including the Charter of the United Nations, international covenants and treaties.
An official source in the Foreign Ministry expressed the confusion of some brotherly and friendly countries standings on the Army and Popular Committee exercising their national duties in defending the people, in a situation in which Yemen is being subjected to an aggression and a siege of the fourth year.
The source called on friendly countries to support ending the war on Yemen from the Saudi aggression and lift the siege if they want negotiations involving all parties concerned with the Yemeni issue and reach a peaceful and just political settlement that contributes alleviating consequences of the worst humanitarian disaster in the world.
The source stressed the importance of positive steps to send peace signals to the Yemeni street, the most important is reopening Sana’a International Airport to commercial and civil air traffic, and dealing with the employees’ salaries payment issue state urgently.
The source reiterated that the Supreme Political Council and the National Salvation Government have declared on more than one occasion that they are with a just and sustainable peace and that the Aggression Coalition and the outgoing Government of Hadi should take advantage of this repeated call to enter into direct and serious peace negotiations under the United Nations auspices
