Sayyed Houthi: Samad’s assassination will not go unpunished, Yemenis will remain steadfast

The leader of the Ansar Allah revolution in Yemen, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, said in an obituary to the martyr Saleh al-Samad that the assassination of the president will not break the will of the people of Yemen and its state.
In a televised speech, Sayyed Houthi stressed that the United States and the Saudi regime hold the political responsibility of this illegal crime, stressing that this crime and other crimes will not go unpunished.
Sayyed Houthi also called on residents of Hodeidah governorate to participate in the demonstration called for by the President Samad before his death. In the same context, he also called to participate extensively in the capital Sana’a and other governorates at the funeral.
Moreover, he affirmed that the Yemeni society consider the sacrifice of President Samad as an incentive for more steadfastness and a source of strengthening the internal front. He added that the assassination of the President occurred in the 50th street when three airstrikes targeted him and a number of his companions.
Sayyed Houthi expressed his deep condolences to the leadership of the State, the family of the martyr, his loved ones, the families of his companions and the victims of the Bani Qais wedding massacre, pointing out that he will give another speech after the funeral.
