Our gratitude and appreciation to all who expressed their solidarity with Yemen: Sayyed Houthi

The leader of the Ansarullah revolution in Yemen, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, expressed gratitude to all those who displayed their solidarity and sent condolences to the Yemeni people, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah being the foremost, in regard to the assassination of the President Saleh al-Samad.
Sayyed Houthi said in a televised speech on Saturday after the end of the funeral ceremony for President al-Samad on Saturday evening, “we extend our thanks and appreciation to all the free people who expressed their solidarity with our oppressed people during this painful incident; whether it is scientific figures, entities, different countries, organizations starting with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of Hezbollah, and all those who have telegramed condolences from Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Syria or the various Arab and Islamic countries, all must receive our gratitude and appreciation.”

Sayyed Houthi also stressed the involvement of America in the assassination of the President and that it is a violation of international law because it targeted a head of state and a political official in an independent country.

Moreover, he pointed out that the Saudi/UAE crimes of genocide, supervised by the USA, against the Yemeni people have taken place at weddings, consolation gatherings, social meetings, civic gatherings, markets, mosques, schools, hospitals and even at places of popular gatherings.

A number of countries, regimes, regional and international organizations of various groups and movements condemned the assassination of the President Saleh al-Samad, and expressed their solidarity with the people of Yemen in the face of the Saudi-led coalition.

The Ansarullah leader also received a number of cables of condolence and sympathy from a number of leaders, personalities, organizations and Islamic and global movements, on top of them the Secretary General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
