A camp for Hodeidah refugees in the province of Lahj was attacked late Sunday evening, leaving casualties among the displaced.

Local sources revealed that the camp was attacked by armed gunmen on top of military vehicles, who opened fire on the camp guard, injuring two of them with varying injuries.

The sources added that the attack targeted the camp, which contains about 2000 people displaced, where it was greatly damaged and was looted.

The forces of the so-called security belt of the UAE occupation forces have prevented the displaced people from entering the southern provinces.

It is noteworthy that in a preset time, a number of displaced were killed and several others were injured by unidentified assailants in the city of Aden, which has been occupied by the Saudi-UAE aggressive coalition and their paid mercenaries.
