Besides the increasing of assassinations, bombings and clashes between paid fighters fighting for influence among them.

The governor of Taiz province has survived a roadside bomb that struck his convoy in the port city of Aden

A local security source, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Ameen Mahmoud was targeted in the Enma neighborhood of the city, which is located approximately 420 kilometers (260 miles) south of the capital Sana’a, on Tuesday following a meeting with a number of high-ranking Saudi-backed officials.

The official added that the governor escaped the explosion with minor wounds, but a number of his companions were killed during the incident. Ambulances quickly rushed to the bombing site, while security forces were deployed around the area.

No group has claimed the responsibility for the attack yet, but local Yemeni sources blamed al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula militants for being behind such explosions.

For his part, a tribal elder and a leader in the southern transitional council, loyal to the UAE forces, revealed the presence of a prominent Salafist leader accompanied by Taiz governor of resigned president ,Hadi , when he was subjected to an assassination attempt on Tuesday in Aden province.

He pointed out that after the failure of the assassination attempt, Islah party is mobilizing the paid fighters with their various and heavy equipment in preparation for launching a large attack on the positions of Abo al-Abas Brigades in the south and east of Taiz.

NNotably, the UAE-Qatar conflict has moved to the north and south of Yemen. While Qatar is facing the military tools supported by both the Islah Party and the Abu Salafist group, the Doha-Abu Dhabi conflict is heading south.

But this time it is not military, as happened in late January this year in Aden, when it forces loyal to the United Arab Emirates represented by the so-called security belt ,s upport forces , counter-terrorism forces ,and rapid intervention forces ,a ll under the Abu Dhabi and not under the government of resigned President Hadi, attacked late January camps ,b acked by Qatar and was subject to the Islah party .

But today’s conflict between the UAE and Qatar is a contested conflict. Abu Dhabi, which is fighting in the north with southern fighters with a wage of just 1,000 dirhams, is facing a Qatari polarization of thousands of southerners to join Qatari forces and pay 5,000,000 Qatari riyals for a soldier.

A reliable source confirmed to “Yamanyoon” that Doha has launched a recruitment process in the areas of Mahra and East Hadramout for those wishing to join the Qatari aarmyafter going through certain procedures, including filling the detailed application ,then the screening of applicants in accordance with basic terms and criteria, and bringing them to Qatar and start Training and rehabilitation operations that last for one year.

Aden city, which was occupied by the UK but now under the control of UAE, and the rest of the southern cities witness an insecurity situation that increased the assassinations of Imams of mosques and security and military lleadership

The province of Aden also witnesses a security fiasco that escalated with killings, looting issues, in addition to others that never happened before.

The UAE took control of Aden under the pretext of confronting the so-called “Houthis”, part of the Yemeni army forces and supported the establishment and formation of armed elements there.

A few months ago, Emirati-backed forces were fighting and killing Saudi-backed forces in Aden. The south is moving towards outright autonomy The entrenchment of a war economy is another significant obstacle to peace.
