Houthi Blames UN for the Collapse of Yemen’s Economy

President of the Revolutionary Committee Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, called on Saturday for the return of revenues to the Central Bank of Yemen in the capital of Sana’a to ensure the payment of salaries of employees.
The head of the Revolutionary Committee revealed in a tweet on Twitter that the UN envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffith, did not abide his promise to improve the economic crisis, which has increased since Griffith’s election.

He pointed out that the Saudi-US aggression and its allies in the southern governorate of Aden have printed vast amount of money in order collapse the riyal during the visit of the UN envoy to Sana’a, to give a grim picture of the Yemeni people and their unwillingness for peace.
