The member of the political council affiliated with Ansar Allah, Muhammad al-Bukhiti, said that the Yemeni army adopted the tactic of ambushes to lure the forces of the coalition in Kilo 16 area, district of al0Hali, east of Hodeidah governorate.
Al-Bukhiti added that “the forces of the coalition aims in targeting oppressed civilians in an attempt to force the Yemeni people to surrender,” pointing out that the coalition countries deliberately thwarted the UN envoy, Martin Griffith, from achieving peace because he is not like his predecessor, Ould Sheikh.
It is noteworthy to mention that the coalition military aircraft launched on Friday afternoon several raids on the area of Kilo 16 in Hali district, Hodeidah, killing eight civilians as an initial toll and injuring many others.
