Coalition Military Intelligence Commander Dies from Wounds Sustained in Qasef 2k Attack

The head of military intelligence, Mohammed Saleh Tamah, who was appointed by the Saudi-led aggression, died from wounds sustained in the Yemeni UAV attack on the al-Anad air base in the southern province of Lahj.
Various media affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition quoted an unnamed Yemeni official: The head of military intelligence, Major General Mohammed Saleh Tamah, died of his wounds, after being injured in the attack on the air base in the province of Lahj.
On Thursday (January 10th), Yemen’s military air force and the Popular Committees launched an attack on a gathering of leaders at the al-Anad Air Base with a new model of Qasef combat drone, called Qasef 2K that is domestically manufactured with Yemeni expertise.
The spokesman of the armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree stated that dozens of senior mercenary leaders were either wounded or killed after being targeted with an explosive combat drone at al-Anad air base in the province of Lahj.
“It is in response to the continuation of the coalition brutal aerial attacks that have targeted innocent citizens; in retaliation of the escalation of the mercenaries of Saudi_UAE coalition on various fronts,” Saree said during a press conference.
He added that “after an intelligence operation, there was a detection of a gathering of a number of senior leaders under the Saudi aggression ranks at the base of al-Anad and were targeted by the air force using a Qasef 2K drone.
He explained that the “Qasef 2K”, is a new aircraft that has entered service and was tested before, explaining that it explodes from top to bottom from a 20 meters distance and has the ability to release vast amounts of sharpness and explosive materials, saying that the qualifications and videos of the new combat drone.
The Qasef 2K attack received a popular admiration, for it has caused from the impact on the coalition. In addition, it was able to penetrate advanced missile defense systems at al-Anad base and hit the forces there, which resulted in panic and fear among their ranks.
The air strike was followed by another similar operation on Friday, January 11, in Saudi Arabia, where a Saudi military base in Asir Saudi southerner province was targeted using Qasef 2K, and its designated target was Saudi commanders. A military source confirmed that many Saudi militants were killed and injured. Therefore, this confirms the efficiency of the new combat UAV and its ability to hit hostile targets anywhere At any time.
On Sunday the Army’s spokesman Yemen’s military manufacture unit has dramatically progressed, stating that this year will be the year of Yemen’s UAVs. He confirmed that the army has a large storage of “Qasef 2K”. The senior official also emphasized that they have modern new ballistic missiles that will be revealed about in the future.
Yemen has been witnessing a Saudi aggressive military intervention in Yemen since March 2015. Thousands of civilians have been killed injured by Saudi strikes. The UN confirmed that the US-backed Saudi-led coalition has targeted schools, hospitals, funerals, weddings, and a school bus filled with children.
