Killed Saudi Mercenaries in a Failed Attempt to Advance

A number of Saudi mercenaries have been killed and others wounded, today Monday, among them are major commanders when attempting to advance in Shabwa province, southern Yemen.

Units of the Yemeni army and popular committees repelled an attempt to advance by Saudi mercenaries towards Asylan district, Shabwa, military source reports.

Several mercenaries have been killed, including commanders, during clashes with Yemeni forces that ended with the escape of the remaining mercenaries.

In the same context, Yemeni forces demolished yesterday Sunday a Saudi troop carrier in Asylan district.

Moreover, a number of Saudi mercenaries had been killed last week while others got injured when their gatherings had been targeted in Shabwa.
