Journalist Twitter Campaign on the Spot Light

The Yemeni Media Union and the committee of supporting Yemeni journalists launched a twitter campaign yesterday after a protest held in front of the Information college in Sana’a University on the occasion of the world’s day “November 2” to end the impunity under the slogan “Stop the killing of journalists”.

The tweets campaign on Twitter received a significant interaction by participants on Twitter .. and the used hashtag “#StopKillingJournaliste”ranked among the most trending hashtags yesterday between 8-12 at night time.

The organizers of the campaign praised the effective and wide participation in the campaign, which aimed to reveal the crimes and violations committed by the US-backed Saudi coalition against Yemeni journalists and media institutions.
