Photos: Yemeni Forces Repel the Largest Saudi Attempt to Advance in Medi Desert

The Yemeni military media distributed new scenes today documenting the Yemeni army and popular committees repelling a Saudi attempt to advance towards Medi’s desert and coast northwest of Hajjah governorate.

Scenes show Yemeni forces foiling all the Saudi attempts to make progress in the desert and coast of Medi, despite the Saudi intense air coverage for its mercenaries.

The army and popular committees surrounded groups of Saudi mercenaries in the desert and released their gunfire, repelling three consecutive Saudi attempts north of Medi desert near Jizan.

Dead bodies of the mercenaries have also been captured by the Yemeni military camera, about 50 have been killed during the operation, military source confirms.

Mercenaries of the US-backed Saudi aggression failed to progress, while Yemeni forces continue proving their preparation to repel any other Saudi attempts, source reports.
