Three Saudi soldiers were killed in retaliatory attack by the Yemeni army and the allied Popular Committees’ snipers in al-Raboueh district at the kingdom’s southwestern border region of Asir.

In the latest military development in Yemen, the Yemeni army and the Popular Committees have also targeted a gathering site of Saudi army and its mercenaries in Motha’an and al-Ramzah district in the kingdom’s southwestern Jizan region.

In the meantime, as a result of explosion of two bombs near the kingdom’s al-Khazrae crossing in Najran region, two Saudi military vehicles were exploded and their crew were killed.

In addition, the Yemeni army and the Popular Committees targeted the gathering of Saudi coalition’s mercenaries north of Midi in Hajjah Province, with a homegrown missile dubbed “Zelzal-1” (Earthquake-1).

The attacks occurred in retaliation for the Saudi-led coalition war planes aggressions. The Saudi coalition fighter jets bombed Hajjah and Midi 19 times on Thursday evening.

Also, a Yemeni military source told media on Thursday that the Yemeni army and the Popular Committees have pounded the gathering of fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadis’ mercenaries in Lahij governorate south of Yemen with a homegrown missile dubbed “Zelzal-2” (Earthquake-2).

Yemeni army soldiers, backed by fighters from allied Popular Committees, have increased attacks against positions held by Saudi mercenaries in several provinces across the conflict-ridden country in the past two months. At least 57 Saudi regime’s serviceman were killed in Yemen in September, the Saudi media reported.

The attacks against Saudi forces came in retaliation for the continued massacre of civilians and destruction of Yemen’s infrastructure by the Saudi-led coalition.

Yemen’s defenseless people have been under massive attacks by the coalition for more than two and half years but Riyadh has reached none of its objectives in Yemen so far.

Since March 2015, Saudi Arabia and some of its Arab allies have been carrying out deadly airstrikes against  Ansarullah movement in an attempt to restore power to Hadi.

Over 12,000 Yemenis, including thousands of women and children, have lost their lives in the deadly military campaign.
