Saudi using influence over public relations corporations to whitewash crimes in Yemen: Pundit

The international community is not expected to put pressure on Saudi Arabia to stop violating human rights in Yemen, because the regime in Riyadh wields considerable influence over public relations corporations that try to promote the kingdom as “a country of human rights,” says an analyst.
Hussain al-Mousawy said in an interview with Press TV on Wednesday that “unfortunately, the Western world has totally turned a blind eye” to the sufferings of the Yemeni people, “basically because there are hundreds of PR (public relations) corporations that are paid by Saudi Arabia.”
The Saudi regime “is the number one human rights violator in the world today,” the journalist and political commentator said.
“The United Nations itself is a body that stands beside Saudi Arabia because there is a lot of money and stake,” Mousawy said.
On Tuesday, Iran’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Es’haq Al-e Habib said that Saudi Arabia kills more children in Yemen than the terrorist groups of al-Qaeda, Daesh and al-Nusra, put together, kill around the globe.
